PropertyMaintenanceTracker lets you collect and track maintenance data for single-family homes and other property and calculates when subsequent maintenance is due. It stores properties, providers, and task information, displays overdue maintenance, and provides both reminders and reports. A default task database provides professional descriptions to guide the user with some common maintenance tasks.
Note: Now requires OS X 10.7 or later.
Enhancements
- New data entry change mode
- Mini-calendar date selection
- New application icon
- Replaced deprecated internals
- Add/Change buttons clear data entry fields. Delete button doesn't clear data entry to allow easy addition after a mistake
- Delete key works like delete(-) button
- Property, task, and providers associated with property maintenance are deletable
- N.B.: Deleting a property, task, or provider associated with existing property maintenance data can corrupt it and should be used by those knowledgeable of PMT's data relationships
- Tasks now accept a time interval of 'None' ( or days, months, years as before )
- Might assign this to infrequent tasks such as window replacement, electrical panel replacement etc.
